Jack Thomas

Jack Thomas is the founder and CEO of BASE, Bangkok’s multi-award-winning boutique gym brand, and co-founder of The Fit Guide – the world’s first independent global rating system for premium fitness clubs. Through The Fit Guide, Jack and his team have anonymously evaluated over 400 clubs across seven major cities. Under his leadership, BASE has expanded to three central Bangkok locations, earned multiple “Asia’s Gym of the Year” and “Bangkok’s Best Studio” awards, and launched BASELINE, its proprietary performance-tracking technology. Jack also hosts the Fitness Business Asia and Five-Star Fitness podcasts, producing more than 300 episodes of insights and interviews with leading industry figures. A regular speaker at major conferences such as the Health & Fitness Association, Beyond Activ and PerformX, he has consulted for international boutique brands and hotels on marketing, operations, sales, and conceptual fitness design.
