Russell Harrison is a seasoned executive search and consultancy leader with more than 20 years’ experience. He began his career with Hays International and Drake International, two of the world’s most respected recruitment and executive search firms. Russell went on to establish and grow boutique search and consulting businesses, offering clients a more tailored and hands-on approach to executive recruitment and strategic advisory. Over the past 10 years, he has developed deep expertise in fitness and wellness, working across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. As their CEO, Russ grew Spartans Boxing Club from a single gym operator to a thriving global franchise. Now as their CRO, he continues to drive the group’s international franchise expansion while shaping strategy, leadership, and revenue growth across multiple markets. Russ is a family man with 5 children, an ex-professional boxer, and an active boxing coach who champions both grassroots programs and elite athlete development.
